SA FILM “THE HOME OF HUMANITY” WINS 2 PRIZES AT 2021 ART&TUR INTERNATIONAL TOURISM FILM FESTIVAL IN AVEIRO
The Embassy is pleased to announce that South African tourism film, “The Home of Humanity” won 2 prizes at the 2021 edition of the Art&Tur International Tourism Festival, that took place in the city of Aveiro from 26 to 29 October. The film won 1st in the category of Culture and Heritage and a 2nd prize in the category of Tourism Services. The participants also had the opportunity to embark on a South African wine experience – which included Ceres juices and biltong - that was very well-received. Political Counsellor, Carl Le Roux, addressed one of the panels with a presentation on South Africa’s Country Brand Strategy.
